Do-In is a Japanese form of physical exercise, based on meridian stretching.
Through exercises and postures you will get to know
the 12 meridians. You let flow your Ki (energy).
Do-in is the so called ‘sister’ of shiatsu and acupuncture.
‘Do’ means path. ‘In’ means inwards.
You learn to balance yourself and to actually listen to your body. By doing these exercises daily, either in its full form or reduced to the 6 types of stretching, you will have insight in the teamwork between body and mind. You’ll feel healthy and free.
In a simple way your day starts with a good basis.
Do-In is for everybody.
It is a group lesson. Furthermore I can react to individual matters.
In my shiatsu practice, I often give supporting exercises as a kind of homework. Various people asked me recently the same question:
When will you start to have your own class?
Well, now is the time!
Welcome on this ‘early bird’-hour!
DO-IN? DO-IT!
